About the Service Learning Club
The purpose of the Service Learning (SL) Club at Volunteer State Community College is to support the College, the Office of Career Placement, Cooperative Education, & Service Learning (CPCESL), community based organizations, and individuals in an effort to work together to meet the needs of our community.
The club will do several service learning projects each semester, and help find service learning projects for the instructors at Vol State. The SL club will also work with our community partners to assist their needs and work to create a Red Cross 1st response team that will assist the community in the case of a disaster.
