March Madness

Wish it were the March Madness of basketball season (and it is that , too), but in this case I refer to the crazy pace of post-spring break semester madness when the phrase “crunch time” becomes real for many students en route to finishing spring semester projects, papers, and other scholarly activities.

Here’s a timely reminder that your Thigpen Library in Gallatin has a second floor dedicated as a quiet zone to provide you with an environment conducive to studying. Too, there’s a Silent Study Room that requires absolute silence as beneficial to those who require zero noise distractions as they work.

ALL of the Thigpen Library locations circulate noise-cancelling headphones as another way of providing you with the means to engage in concentrated study and project work.

Another reason to visit Thigpen Library in Gallatin: our March displays offer you an engaging mental break from your studies (see especially our Lobby display on self care). Check them out! (All resources on display circulate, so check ’em out!)
